RESERVATIONS:  24  Hour advance notice is preferred. Passengers must appropriately schedule transportation that will allow time for check-in, security and to board the plane.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made prior to 6 hours before the scheduled pick up time are without penalty. A cancellation made within 6 hours of the scheduled pick up time is subject to a full fare and gratuity charge.

ADDITIONAL STOPS:  A stop that is reasonably within the pick up and drop off locations and not exceeding 15 minutes will be charge $10 each. Stops that take you out of a reasonable travel area from pick up and drop off locations and shall not exceed 30 minutes will be $25 each. Stops or additional pick ups exceeding 30 minutes will be charged the zone rate plus $50 per hour from the pick up time.

PARKING/TOLLS: $7.00 additional fee MAY be applied for parking for the vehicle at the airport.

WAIT TIME: Starts 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. After the grace period, wait time is charged at $11.25 per quarter hour.

GRATUITY: We require a 20% gratuity for our chauffeurs. All billed rides will automatically have 20% gratuity added or the amount you state on your trip ticket.
